Sparkseed Partners with Net Impact

Sparkseed and Net Impact have formed a partnership to support undergraduates in the U.S. who are passionate about social entrepreneurship and corporate social responsibility.

Net Impact is an international nonprofit organization with a mission to inspire, educate, and equip individuals to use the power of business to create a more socially and environmentally sustainable world. Their new program for undergraduates is growing quickly. Knowing that some students in this exciting program are aspiring social entrepreneurs, Sparkseed is inviting them to apply for our Social Innovation Competition.

Sparkseed is excited to urge undergraduates who do not yet have a Net Impact chapter on their campus to start one. Interested students can send an email to undergrads@netimpact.org.

A Salute to Young Entrepreneurs

By Mike Del Ponte, Founder of Sparkseed, and Samantha Given-Dennis, Venture Support Intern

A few months ago I had lunch with a friend who, in a few short years after college, built and sold an online company.  I asked him what it was like to have already had such a large success.
